-
This is a perfect tour for those who want to combine a bit of the city’s history and Port wine. We have other tours focused on each of these themes.
-
The walk involves ascents, descents, and stairs. It’s not challenging for someone without mobility issues, but highly challenging for those who have them.
-
Since the walk is challenging for children, not suitable for strollers, they cannot drink in the wine cellar, and seating is reserved for paying customers, we do not recommend this tour for children. If they come, they must pay for an adult spot even if they don’t drink the wine, and they must be able to keep up with the walk without disrupting the normal operation of the activity.
-
No, the producers we visit charge per person, regardless of whether you drink or not. If you don’t drink, you can share with someone accompanying you or with the group.
-
For logistical and quality reasons we do not allow to join the tour after the group leaves the meeting point. Rescheduling and refunds are only possible if it is within the period allowed in the cancellation conditions.
-
We cancel if civil protection issues orders to do so. Otherwise, the decision to host or cancel the activity within 24 hours before its start is up to the company. Rain and wind are not grounds for cancellation.
