The tour is suitable for most ages, but it may be challenging for guests with limited mobility and children due to Porto’s steep streets and stairs.

For logistical and quality reasons we do not allow to join the tour after the group leaves the meeting point. Rescheduling and refunds are only possible if it is within the period allowed in the cancellation conditions.

We cancel if civil protection issues orders to do so. Otherwise, the decision to host or cancel the activity within 24 hours before its start is up to the company. Rain and wind are not grounds for cancellation.
